Space Rejuvenation

IMG_E7111[1].JPG

“We’d already tried regrouting and resurfacing, but it started peeling and fading. This time we wanted to properly renew the shower and base without disturbing the rest of the bathroom.”

Extend the transformation.

Space Rejuvenation moves beyond the shower walls to reconsider the base, surrounding floor and physical footprint of the shower.

A new shower base can renew the existing shower footprint, while luxury vinyl flooring can extend the transformation across the bathroom without requiring complete floor reconstruction.

Where drainage position, floor conditions or the proposed shower configuration require greater flexibility, an integrated raised platform can provide a purpose-built solution while limiting intervention into the existing floor structure.

The options provide for a more complete upgrade of the shower and surrounding space, without automatically progressing to a full bathroom renovation.

Shower Base Replacement

Investment range: $1,200–$2,600

Shower Base & LVT Overlay

Investment range: $2,600–$3,900

Removal of the existing shower base, installation of a new acrylic shower base, plumbing waste reconnection and minor localised floor preparation where required.

A new shower base combined with bathroom-suitable luxury vinyl flooring installed over a suitably prepared existing floor, extending the renewed finish beyond the shower zone.

Existing floor tiles are removed where overlay is unsuitable, allowing the exposed floor to be prepared for a new shower base and bathroom-suitable luxury vinyl flooring.

A purpose-built raised shower platform incorporating the shower base and drainage requirements, providing greater flexibility where the existing floor or proposed shower configuration limits a conventional installation.
